Suggest Remedy For Chronic Fatigue

Hi, I m writing this for my Mum. She is 47 years old, and she tells me that she always feels tired, and you can see it too. She doesnt drink or do drugs, but she s always exhausted. She doesnt seem to be under stress or pressure. She gets lots of sleep. What can I do to help her, and what can she do to help herself?

Hi, thanks for posting the concern in HCM.

My understanding is, she might have been suffering from endocrinological problem, particularly thyroid disease, psychiatric illness like depression or some metabolic disease.

She should be clinically examined by a local internal medicine specialist to find out the underlying cause. She also needs several tests.
These are -
Complete blood count, urea, creatinine, electrolytes, fasting TSH, HbA1c, LFT
Urine for Routine examination

For the time being she should have healthy diet, good oral hydration and if possible exercise or yoga daily for minimum 30min.

For any further information, please write back to me directly.
Regards
