Suggest Remedy For Chronic Cough

i quit smoking about 8 months ago, and now have a chronic cough. doctor says i have asthma. i use inhalers, doesnt help. i was on steriods, didnt help. the cough doesn t hurt its just annoying. I dont cough when I am asleep. I almost awlways cough when I exhale. I just had my thyroid removed 2 weeksago., not that I think that has anything to do with it. I also have GERD, but am being treated for it.

Dear possibly your suffering from 1.copd(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) with chronic cough or 2.cough variant of bronchial asthma 3.gerd(gastro esophageal reflex disease) may cause Nocturnal cough. Please consult pulmonalagist he will do spirometry and CT chest and treat you accordingly. Avoid cool drink and freeze water. Use triohalor 5puffs tid, tab. Pantaprazole before breakfast and syrp sucral 15-30ml thrice a day. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.
