I am usually constipated. I have ibs with constipation. Have lazy colon. Very small doverticuli. Showed on colonoscopy about 6 years ago. When i cramp my stomach bloats up like i am 5 months pregnant. It just hurts so bad and i use a rice pack on abdomen. I notice whenever i am backed up i will have very knobby looking stool balls after i have to do an enema. I do take hyoscamine for cramps But somtimes after enema i will have whitish and sometimes light yellowish tissue looking pieces. I do take bisacadyl at night. But i am always constipated and very gassy like gastritis. What is this stringy white tissue that sometimes has s tiny bifvvblood on it??????? That is aweful that i have to pay for this answer never mind
