Suggest Remedy For Chest Infection
my friend is having chest infection which is said to be initial stage of TB. But no blood sputum, He was on medicine for 1 month now (Streptomycin+isonicotinyl Hydrazine+Rifampicin+Ethambutol) he cudn't take pyrizinamide...because his body was not accepting. and he was getting high fever. But now the infection has increased. seems to be drug resistant. what to do?

Consult a pulmonologist and if he suspects it as drug resistant TB according to new TB guidelines you should have a sputum GeneXpert test to find quickly the rifampicin resistance and also sputum BACTEC culture and species identification along with a drug susceptibility testing. But before going for all these you must have an evaluation by a pulmonologist.
