Suggest Remedy For Chapped Raw Skin On Thigh
hi. At my job I sweat at nights because of the heat. At the middle of my shift, when going to the restroom that my inner thighs are really chapped and raw. I can t hardly walk. I tried different kinds of underware, but it still persist. What can I put on to relive the irritaion, chappness, and raw feeling around your scrotum?? the skin sometimes peels. Please help..

The most probable diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is candidial intertrigo which is a fungal infection. You must avoid heat and humidity. Topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole can be used along with oral antifungals like fluconazole after consulting your dermatologist. You must keep the area dry as much as possible. Regards
