Hello,

You might be having a collagen vascular disease which may be the underlying cause for your conditions. Surgery will be the best possible option. You can opt for arthroscopic repair for best results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
