Suggest Remedy For Burning And Tingling Sensation In Toes And Feet

I have had tingling in the bottom of my feet and toes, and burning, mostly at night, for almost 2 years. I have been to a GP, Neurologist, Podiatrist, Naturalist, Chiropractor, Physio Therapy, plus have tried many different medications. Yet, nothing has helped. I have this tingling and burning sensation 24/7 and have found no relief any time. Who else should I go and see to try and help me?

Hi,

Various conditions, such as peripheral neuropathy, diabetes, or poor circulation, can cause a burning and tingling sensation in the toes and feet. To alleviate these symptoms, you may try to rest and elevate your feet to improve circulation. Apply a cold pack to the affected area to reduce inflammation.

Take over-the-counter pain medicines like Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen. Massage your feet and toes to improve blood flow. Stay active and exercise regularly to improve circulation. Wear comfortable shoes that fit well and provide good support.

Maintaining a healthy diet and weight. It's essential to consult a doctor or a specialist to ensure you get the proper treatment for the underlying condition causing your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

You should first investigate your sugar levels, calcium levels vitamin D and B12 levels and get a MRI back done after physician consultation. After you get to know the reason behind your tingling sensation then you can start medications accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
