Suggest Remedy For Bumps On The Anus And Vaginal Region

I have a bump in between my anus and vagina I want to know if it is herpes or just a bacterial infection I have a fever and I get Hyde often this is the first time I had this situation it turned in from one bump too many pumps and it hurts. The pumps have not spread to the open areas of my vagina and anus but it still hurts. I do not have access to a doctor right now what can I do to help the pain stop and when should I go see a doctor is it necessary to see doctor

A bump/lump in the described region is usually associated with sexually transmitted infections but it of course needs to be examined. Conditions like human papillomavirus (HPV) and herpes are common.
