Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Penis Head

hello I recently went to the dr out of concern for a small bump on my penis head, but all my test came back negative. It has no pain but it seemed wierd when I looked at it later a reddish pus came out when I squeezed the bump. What does this mean and what should I do?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A painless bump on penis could be a wart.
Wart is painless skin colored lesion.
It is sexually transmitted caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
However, wart is not associated with pus or bleeding.
Squeezing out of pus and blood from the lesion is suggestive of infection.
These clinical features suggest that probably you developed a bio or furuncle on the penile shaft.
Since, the lesion has burst, further infection needs to be prevented so local application of antibiotic ointment will help to prevent further infection.
You may consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotic ointment.

Thanks and take care
