I ve discovered these small bumps on the front of my ear lobes and on the side of my jaw and neck. They aren t really visible unless you look up close and they itch slightly. I m thinking I got it from our foam pool rafts. I laid out a couple days ago and while lying on my stomach I put my head to the side, in contact with the raft. I m not sure if it was the next day or the day after that I noticed the bumps. Up until now I had no idea where I could have gotten them from. Tonight I used the rafts to hold onto to float around the pool, after I had gotten out and dried off, I notices a few bumps on the back side of my upper arm. Its a couple hours later and the bumps have faded away on my arm but on my ear they are still there.
Bumps may be due to folliculitis or boils or seborrheic dermatitis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Apply mupirocin cream locally twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
