Suggest Remedy For Bruises In Patients With Low Platelet Count

Hi, i have been feeling very light headed, dizzy and off balance as lately, i keep getting shaking hands and a heaviness across upper chest. i went to my doctor last week and she said that my platelets are low she sent me for another blood test of which i am awaiting results . i also have been bruising alot and have tiny pin prick blood spots on my stomache and chest should i be concerned

The bruising and small bleeding areas are possible complications of the low platelets since platelets play an important role in clotting.

There are a number of different reasons that the platelet count may be low, it may not necessarily indicate that there is any serious condition present.

If the hemoglobin is low as well, this would cause the dizziness that you are experiencing.
