Suggest Remedy For Bruise On Thigh And Swelling On Face After Injury

I had a fall and have a very large bruise on my thigh and some facial swelling and cuts that required stitches. I also had some damage to my front teeth that required repositioning and a splint. I am due to take a five hour flight which will be 4 days after the accident. Is this safe?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having big hematoma on the thigh and facial swelling might be due to Contused lacerated wound (CLW ).
After 4 days every thing might have settled and so along with antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines there might not be having any problem while traveling.
