Suggest Remedy For Brown Discoloration On Stomach And On Back Of Neck

I m a 19 year old female, I ve got brown discoloration on my stomach, and on the back of my neck, it feels really dry and it looks cracked, and I ve tried different things to get rid of it, I thought it was dead/dry skin, but over the past few months it keeps getting darker, and more of it, I don t know what to do, it looks totally gross.

I think first you have get evaluated. To rule out thyroid problems and diabetic disorders. If everything is normal. We can go for a biopsy.
