Suggest Remedy For Bronchitis And Sinus Infection

I have bronchitis and a sinus infection and got a steroid shot and antibiotics on monday. I felt much better almost immediately. Wednesday I felt I relapsed and am having trouble recovering and need to travel this weekend. Should I get another shot tomorrow?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having allergic disease which is responsible for both, sinusitis and bronchitis.
So try to follow these steps for better control.
1. Try to identify the allergen and if possible complete avoidance is needed.
2. Broad spectrum antibiotic.
3. Inhaled therapy in the form of meter dose inhalers containing long acting bet 2 agonist and corticosteroids.
4. Antihistamines and anti inflammatory drugs.
5. Warm saline gargles 5-6 times a day.
If you are having recurring episodes than I advice you to consult pulmonologist first and get done Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
