Suggest remedy for breathing problem due to tightness in throat

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi i feel hard to breathe..a tightness in the throat and sometimes i feel like vomiting too and my stomach feels bloated. I went to see a doc today and she gave me Omeprazole..however i still dun feel better after taking it. The horrible feeling of unable to breathe becomes worse at night. Can you please kindly tell me what s wrong?

Hi,

It can be due to heavy food intake at night before sleeping. Have food at least 4 hrs before sleep. Reduce food intake at night. Have fruits and salad at night. Take Omeprazole 10 mins before having food. Drink lots and lots of water. Warm water will be suitable. Then do steam inhalation. Follow these and if still problem persists then meet a doctor.
