General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The bloody stools can be from hemorrhoid, fissure or other issue. The pain is in relation with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) inducing hormonal changes and intestine spasms.

In our clinic, we recommend dietary measures to avoid hard stools, sitz bath, proctoscopy evaluation, hormonal management for PCOS.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
