Suggest remedy for blood discharge from ear with lightheadedness and nausea

I ve had flu like symptoms on and off for the past week and yesterday I woke up and my right ear was blocked and quite painful. I went to the doctor and my GP prescribed a low course of antibiotics and Fess, an unmedicated nasal spray. Seeing as the pain was quite severe, I also took panedine forte yesterday. Throughout the day, my ear would pop from time to time and when I went to sleep it popped again and I felt a discharge from my ear. This morning, I woke up and my ear was sticky so I used a qtip to run around the rim of my ear and it came back bloody. I also feel light headed, headachy and nauseous. What should I do? Thanks!

If blood is from inside ear or sticky discharge from inside the ear, its clearly Otitis media..99%. There is immediate need to prevent water entering the ear. Plug with cotton lubricated with Vaseline. Antibiotics Calvulanate + Amoxycillin is advisable. Ciprofloxacin ear drops twice a day in affected ear or both ears is to be administered. No blowing of nose allowed. Decongestant nasal spray like Rhincet is necessary. Steam inhalation is necessary after nasal spray. Only clinical examination will determine the position of any tympanic perforation after pus is dried.

Flu like symptoms are best treated from your kitchen. Put a teaspoon or two of honey in a glass. Pour boiled water ( boiled with small ginger pieces, few leaves of Holy basil if you have, one ground black pepper), put some lemon juice - let pulp come in - remove seeds of lemon. Sip slowly.

Gargles of turmeric powder 1/2 tsp in warm water once or twice a day.

Also drink little 1/4 to 1/2 tsp turmeric in warm milk or warm water, at least once a day.

Continue it even when other med are being used. It's natural. No interaction. It's safe. Turmeric is natural antiinflammatory and analgesic and bacteriostatic.

It will help you definitely.
