Suggest Remedy For Blocked Ears

I have my right ear blocked. Went to the doctor and she took out a huge piece of wax. The right was still blocked so she gave me nose drops to decpngest the eustacean tube. However i did not get any relief yet. I have taken steam also and kept vicks applied to my nose at night. Nothing seems to work. Please help me on this
Also i have this chronic headache, could this be related to my ear problem?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain blocked ear that has not relieved with removal of wax can be due to blocked Eustachian tube..
Eustachian tube may get blocked with accumulation of fluid into the tube leading to feeling of fullness and blockage..
It can get blocked with chronic ear infections leading to pus formation and can also be secondary to severe post nasal drip as throat and ears are connected via Eustachian tube..
Chronic headaches can be related to ears as it can be due to sinusitis while can also be due to Migrane and needs evaluation..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do an Otoscopic examination of ears and in case of fluid accumulation he can advise you anti allergics, decongestants, antibiotics and steroids..
Decongestant nasal drops shall be continued..
