Suggest Remedy For Bipolar Disorder

i am a 22 year old female and i weigh 180 and my height is 5'4. i was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD at the age of 2 and have since then been on varies medications and treatments...I recently found out I am anemic due to my disorders and medications... I bruise real easily and they look real nasty and they spread fast... I am always getting sick and when i do I stay sick for long periods of time... recently my bruising has gotten progressivly worse and im afraid to go out in public now..they are mainly on my legs, arms, and wrist areas... and they are very unsightly. can you help?

Bruising could be possible due to low platelet. In that case, you should first get your blood investigation done to check the level of platelet. You can also avoid some medication that decrease platelet level like antidepressant. Better to consult a physician for proper treatment. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
