Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic

I went through the history and it seems you are having concussion injury with light headedness and nausea. This requires treatment under the supervision of a doctor. The presence of nausea does indicate a significant concussion injury and requires a CT scan for further evaluation.
Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly depending on the underlying cause.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Hope this is helpful yo you.

Thank you
