Suggest Remedy For Back Pain
I have acute lower back pain since last 3-4 days. While standing i do not feel any pain. But, when i stand up after sitting a while, i feel terrible pain in the lower back. During sitting also, i feel some amount of pain. Pl advise... Ajay Arora, male 47 years, no adverse medical histroy

1.As you are saying the symptoms are 3-4 days.
2.In your case i would initially recommend some exercise (for back pain) and lie on flat bed and rest.
3.Symptoms should release soon.
4.If still persists, Get an X-ray AP?LATERAL of lumbar spine, mostly in your age some degenerative changes are see, and can act accordingly.
