Suggest Remedy For Back Pain With Head Cold

Hi, I got a head cold about four days ago that I mostly assumed was from my allergies because it tends to happen every year. The issue is that around the same time I got intense lower back pain, which is horribly painful whenever I cough or bend. Is this a result of my cold?

Dear patient
Back pain might be associated with common cols as it's viral condition and leads to generalised body ache. You have back ache which is getting worse with cough and bending and this indicates a different issue most likely disc prolapse . Kindly get yourself investigated for mri of lumbosacral spine to rule out disc prolapse and helps in planning treatment. Take proper bed rest avoid forward bending and take diclofenac plus muscle relaxant twice a day and you wl be fine.
