Suggest Remedy For Asthma During Winter Season

i had asthma problem in before 4 year ago and it start again i have feeling cough in chest and not able take proper breathing while sleeping this thigs are happing specially on winter season.Actually I'm working in abroad so i have taken some medicine according to my doctor advice that are following....1. Levoling -2 Mg, Doxolin-400 Mg, Droxyl-500 mg and formonide-200 Inhaler. so it can i take this medicine regular or i have to change it ?

Hello.

I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. I would mostly agree with your current treatment for asthma symptoms. I would not give an antibiotic (Droxyl-500) if you don't have fever, it will not be beneficial.

2. Were I treating you, I would add montelukast in your regular treatment, it will reduce allergy-asthma symptoms.

3. Please make sure that your technique of using inhaler is correct, so that desired amounts of drug can reach your lungs.

4. I would suggest you to take Doxolin-400 only under doctor's prescription as it can have many side-effects. Levosalbutamol inhaler is better and safer than Levolin-2 tablet in my opinion.
