Suggest Remedy For Anxiety And Panic Attacks

hi...i suffer from anxiety and panic attacks...but recently they have got worse.over the last 4 months i'm eating less than usual,i feel more tired than ever,have pains in my lower back and have started to have dark yellow colours around my eyes..also my urine is clear all the time and i have lost one stone in weight

Hi,

I can understand your concern regarding your symptoms. You have mentioned that you are having panic attacks. In addition, I would also suspect that you might be having depressive symptoms.

I would advise you to seek psychiatric consultation for proper evaluation of your condition and then accordingly initiating treatment. You would benefit for medications like escitalopram or mitazapine which will help in taking care you anxiety as well as depressive symptoms. You should also start exercising daily as that will help you feel relaxed.
