Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Which part of the esophagus is ulcerated? Is it at lower end or upper end? Causes of the ulcer is like infection or esophagitis or GERD. Use tablet Pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. For infections like cytomegalovirus or candida or H pylori may need specific treatment. Please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
