Hi dear ,

As per you query you have insect bite that has gone worse over days . You seem to have developed an insect bite allergic reaction , Which is very common in such cases . Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice daily. Take some oral antihistamines like levocetrizine once daily at night to relieve the itching and discomfort.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area. If condition doesn't get well in 2-3 days then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe steroid ointment or antibiotic course . Take paracetamol for pain .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
