Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having acne and you feel tired very soon after exercise which is due to impaired immunity of body and increased susceptibility of getting fatigued. It which occurs when a pore in your skin gets clogged, the area to become red and swollen. Need not to worry. You should use clean towel sand avoid keeping skin wet for long duration during gym. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should take plenty of fluids. Exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics like clindamycin , Isotretinoin or Hormone Therapy.
