As per your query you have acne on face which occur when there is clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Your doctor prescribed you Minoz and Acutret which is causing you stomach upset so you should take small meals at a time and avoid large meals and avoid immediate sleep after food. I would suggest you to avoid oily and fried food and make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Take Multivitamin supplements. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn t start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist.
