I have got acnes and bad scars on my face for about 2 years now. I tried many healing creams & natural remedies at home also but nothing worked. It gets worse during summer time. Can I get an advise if I need to take skin treatment medicines or anything.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. For acne you can apply gels or creams containing aloe vera and benzoyl peroxide. Scars on face can get worse if you get sun exposure. You can apply sunscreens when you expose to sun. Kojic acid or ascorbic acid based creams will be helpful for getting rid off the scars. You can also take vitamin C and Vitamin E orally. Also take enough water to hydrate your skin for easy regeneration. If not helping then you can approach dermatologist for creams containing tretinoin and hydroquinone. It has so many side effects and should be used under supervision of a dermatologist only. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
