Suggest remedy for abscess in anus

A month ago I had surgery for an anal fissure. That surgery was successful. Unfortunately, I developed an abscess whee the doctor used numbing medication. The location is just outside the anus. The doctor, a colorectal surgeon, drained the abscess 2 days ago and inserted a drain tube. He said the abscess was about the diameter of a golf ball. However, he did not comment on the red swelling sensitive skin about 5 inches away from the abscess. The original abscess appears to be filling back up but not draining despite many sitz baths. I also did not get an antibiotic for what I believe is a skin infection in the outlying areas. Due to the back and forth visits trying to have this resolved, I am loosing confidence in him. I want to get a second opinion but don't know what type of doctor is best to see for an abscess. Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi,around 3 months ago,my friend had an annus surgery (to stop the pain and blood when entered to toilet)now after 3 mths of pain he discovered something like ball near the anus more to the left side, he did an MRI with the following result:MRI examination of the perineum was performed in the sagittal T2, coronal T1, T2, and Axial T1, T2 and STIR sequences. additional post Gadolinium coronal and axial T1 sequences were also obtained.there is a 1.5 cm fluid collection in the left perianal region at around 3 o clock with surrounding edematous changes, it appears hypointense on T1,hyper on T2,STIR with peripheral enhancement following IV gadolinium administration and is compatible with a small abscess. the levator ani muscles are normal. no other gross abnomalities are seen. should he perform another surgery to remove it? is it dangerous?, could it be cancerous???? i m really concerned thank you in advance for your feedback

I ve had an infection got 3 months that started as a boil. Kefkex made it smaller but not gone . I just had a surgeon remove an infected cyst three weeks ago and it is draing yellow serous fluid. I went back to the surgeon today and he said just to wash with soap and water. I asked if it could be mrsa and he said that it would be deeper. But there are two holes that are draining and they look deep to me. He says that it isn t healing because it is at my waist and the elastic is causing it not to heal. I think I have mrsa because it started 3 months ago and it looks like the pictures I saw on the web. I have been using colloidal silver topically and it helps but doesn t take it away.

Sir

I am a 21 year old. I have been suffering with wrinkles and rashes on glans for the past 1and a half year. I saw a physician who tested my sugar levels ( which came out to be normal). He then said that this might be due some allergy and recommended flutibact gel which i applied for about 3 months and allegra 120 which i had for about 2 months. Around 1 year back, this turned into a skin infection and the physician recommended Candid- b cream. I applied that for about 3 weeks and the infection was gone completely. But the wrinkles (Or rashes)are still there.earlier the rashes were confined to the bottom of the glans Only but now they cover the whole of the glans. I have never any pain, itching or any sort of uncomfortable feeling while urinating or otherwise. Currently the whole of the skin on the glans is loose and the only problem I face is while removing the foreskin which kind of gets stuck on the loose skin but still there is no pain. Please advise
