Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain Associated With Constipation

I have been having abdominal pain for several days (lower abdomen-on my left side only)..no fever, nausea or diarhea. I have 4 to 6 bowel movements per day of very small volume. I feel I have to go real bad, it is hard to get it to come out and I am straining which is making the abdominal pain worse. I have used antacid with very little mitigation of the pain.

it appears to be constipation. drink more water and take fiber rich food. take bland diet and fresh fruits and vegetable.can take cremafin at bed time. can take tab unienzyme.
