Suggest Remedy For A Sharp Pain In The Middle Of The Chest

I get a sharp sharp stabbing pain in the middle of my chest that mostly goes around to my right side also. It happens when I move all of sudden or just randomly. It also affects my deep breaths when I try. Not regular breathing. The pain also seems like a burning sensation that goes to my upper shoulder area too. I don t know if a pulled a muscle or what. It has been going on for the last 3 days. Sometimes the pain is stronger than other times.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should first rule out cardiac and pulmonary causes for chest pain. So get done
1. ECG to rule out cardiac cause.
2. Chest x ray to rule out pulmonary cause.
If both of the above are normal than it might be due to muscle pull.
So try to follw these
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and movements causing pain.
2. Take painkillers and muscle relaxant.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
