Suggest Remedy For IBS With Severe Back Pain
I have recently been suffering from lower back pain and pain in my sides when I need to pass a stool and after I have passed it. I have been suffering from constipation for the last 24 years and after going to the Doctors last Summer, I was advised to consume more fibre and exercise as they suggested I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome due to my stomach swelling on the left hand side. After changing my diet and exercising I still have the same problem. Please can you advise what it is?

Constipation is condition and not the disease, if you are going to exert the force during defecation then this may cause pain, so do not apply the force during defecation, moreover, IBS is more or less kind of functional condition this may not cause any swelling, just try to keep the stress low everything would be fine soon, take care, have a nice day.
