Suggest Remedy For BBPV With Frequent Urination

43 female obese otherwise healthy - experienced vertigo 4 days ago, dr diagnosed BPPV with only my description of experience. He prescribed Meclizine , I goggled treatments and did the epley maneuver on myself which stopped the vertigo...ive been suffering from on and off headaches ever since as well as fatigue and frequent urination even though i have not increased my fluid intake. Should I have a follow up with an Otolaryngologist or a Neuorologist or just wait it out since the Vertigo has stopped

Hello and welcome to health care magic,

If your giddiness has stopped then the Epley would have worked. Your frequent urination may not be related to this.
You need to consult all of ENT, neurologist and a nephrologist so that your problems can be properly evaluated and treated
