Suggest Remedy For ALT 244, AST 146, Alkaline Phosphatase 118 And GGT 186 Which Are High
hello Sir, I am worried about my liver. Bilirubin is 0.8 but ALT - 244, AST - 146, Aklaline Phosphatase is 118, and GGT is 186,( protin, albumin, globulin is normal), Urial -Serum is normal, Creatinine -Serum, uric acid serum is ok... why the those are too high? Whats is the cure?

High ALT,GGT and AST may indicate liver injury.
It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis,alcohol intake,altered lipid profile,medicines,auto immune causes etc.
You may need clinical evaluation and investigations like routine hemogram,viral markers,random blood sugar,lipid profile,ultrasound of abdomen.
I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg tablet twice daily for three months.It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
You may need few more medicines after complete evaluation.
