hi
thanks for posting in HCM
I have understand your concern

BP 140/90 is on the upper limit of normal range with medications
your ldl is on higher side
I can suggest you to take tab.olmezest-H 40/12.5 once a day
avoid salt foods , restrict salt to 3 gms a day
avoid papads, pickles,chutnies
low fat diet to control ldl
according to recent guidelines systolic BP should be less than 120 , so try to maintain at that level

if your ldl levels doesn't come down to 100 , you have to use lipid lowering drugs in future.

hope this helps you
thanks
