i am the man having 37 years and covering with 4 years married life, but i have no kids due to lacking of sims (bhruna) % very low. I had taken 3 types medicine (sensaspor, lyco-Q plain and potenz. now i am discontinue last 6 months. what i am doing now?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
You should give the report of the semen analysis for correct interpretation.
Repeat a semen test after 2 days without intercourse and send blood reports of the following. s.FSH, S.LH, PRL, testosterone, RBS, and get a scrotal doppler scan done.
With theese reports, we can give an expert opinion regarding further treatment.
