Suggest Remedies In Conceiving With Low Sperm Count

My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease three months ago, we did two home fertility tests both indicating infertility.in the past his sperm count was high, I actually have to take clomid due to not releasing eggs. I'm wondering if his sperm count will increase soon now his gluten free diet is in effect, if clomid will help with the low sperm or if we are better off jumping straight into iui or ivf.

You should get the sperm counts repeated after 3 months of starting the medicine and once his disease is under control. if everything comes out to be fine you should try to conceive naturally.
