Suggest Remedies For Worm Infection During Pregnancy
my wife is eight weeks pregnant and she has worm infestation mostly threadworm she has taken mebex 100mg bid for three days last week but since last 2 days she has seen the worms again while cleaning the genitals she is worried about her pregnancy kindly advice.

I understand your concern, dear in first trimester means up to 12 weeks as your wife already taken mebex now you can give albendazole 150 mg once a week for three weeks and if your wife not relieved then after 12 weeks you can try pyrinatel paomate along with consultation of your doctor, NO need to worry as worm infestation would not affect baby but can cause anaemia in mother so treament is necessary.
