Suggest Remedies For Weight Gain After Endometrial Ablation

I had an endometrial ablation ... novasure... done four days ago. So much bloating and I belive water retention. I have heard that some women gain weight every month that just cumulates. Can you fill me in on how to lose this weight and if this monthly gain is factual? Thank you.

It is true that women experience weight gain and bloating after endometrial ablation. However, this is only temporary. You would soon start to feel a lot better and drop any excess fluids accumulated. Also, control your feeding habit as this could lead to even higher weight gain figures.
