hiii, i m Garima bansal, 23 yrs old. my weight is 55 kg and i m 5'2 inches long.
from last 3 months i feel some problems in my stomach. in the morning when i come from the washroom i saw my waste is very watery . i mean my potty is water type and i dont feel satisfied after getting fresh. earlier to reduce my weight which was 88 kg in last 4-5 years ago i started to do yoga and move towards dieting...i stopped eating oily and junk food and sweets too. as a result i lost around 20 kg but i skin become so loose and scratch marks appeared on my whole body especially hands and stomach...so i joined aerobics classes in the evening along with yoga in the morning.it lost my weight too and toned mr body...any how my skin become tight to the little extent...but i take the crash diet with this
i only ate one chapatti near about 1'o clock with two kind of vegetables and curd and in night i ate fruits and vegetables...i know this diet is not good...and as obviously i feel weakness in my body
now i have changed my diet and eat proper food 3 times in a day wid my exercise schedule ...bt this problem of my stomach continues....
pla doctor advice me...wt i need to do now...
i want to tell you one more thing that when i was 15 yrs old i noticed that some kind of white fluid came from my nipples...like a milk and this happens now too.
