Suggest Remedies For Vomiting,diarrhea And Hot Flashes
Hot n cold flushes started on Friday. With runny nose n slight dizzyness. Then on Monday morning woke up to vomitting and diahoria. Stomach hurts and if I stand up for too long I get really dizzy. What can I do to get better n how long will I feel like this for? And am I contagious in any way?

Here according to your complaint it seems to be generalised viral flu....
Symptomatic treatment done....
Maintain proper hydration and electrolyte balance.
For that drink more water with ORS....
Take rest.
Avoid prolong standing....
Take soft and bland diet....
Mashed potato and semisolid diet taken for few days...
For vomitting domperidone 10 mg tablet can taken....
Fruit juice taken more....
Probiotic can be taken....
If any unusual sign like neck rigidity occurs consult doctor for examination for meningitis like condition....
