General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
If he vomited only once you don't need to worry and don't need to give him nothing else.Kids at this age use to vomit once after while and this don't have any medical significance.
Over-the-counter medications to treat nausea, vomiting are not recommended for infants.
Give him some chamomile tea.

If the vomits continue you should consult a pediatrician and get some test done in order to find the right cause and get the right treatment.

Hope it helped.
Take care
