Suggest Remedies For Toe Discoloration And Bulging Disc In Lower Spine

I ve been having issues with my legs since August. Started in the back of my right knee. I had an MRI about three weeks ago and it showed I have bulging disc in lower spine pressing on the nerves that run down my legs. I have an appt on Feb 1st with a neurologist. My question is my big toe on the right foot turns white if i stand and purple when I m in a sitting position. I also get an icy sensation on my buttocks. Is this normal with bulging disc, or do I possibly have a blockage in my knee.
