Suggest Remedies For Stiff Knuckles Post Multiple Fractures On Metacarpal
Hi , I had surgery almost two and half weeks ago , I had a boxers fracture on my fifth metacarpal and I had a plate and four screws put in , now my question is how or what can I do to move ad be able to work the stiffness on my pinky knuckle to get full motion again ?
