General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there is some fracture of the ribs, or around the clavicle.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
you may need to have an X ray of chest, and shoulder, for diagnosis .
He may prescribe you injections of vitamin B1,6, and 12 for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. pain killers, calcium, and multivitamins, till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
