sir, whenever i go out in sunlight, within few minutes i get rashes and itching in skin which remain open to sunrays like arms, back of neck. after some time red spots become prominent. i used to take cetrizine on advice but no use. this problem is increasing. blood tests are also normal

Hi...thanks for sharing your problem..
The itching and rashes you get is because of sunburn....you should use sunblock with longer spf when going out in the sun...do also use antihistamine like fexofendine and antioxidant like vitamin E...(avion).......thanks
