Suggest Remedies For Sinus Infection
I ve been sick sinus infection. Dr gave me a steroid shot and I m diabetic. My bs is 593. I ate at 6. It s almost 11. I drank water now for at least last 2 hours. I took 100 units Lantis and 30 Mins ago 8 units humolog. Do I need to go to er. Extreme thirst and headache

As per history is concerned :-
1)Stop steroid by tapering
2)Add antibiotics [cefpodoxime proxetil, or cefixime]full course
3)Add [metronidazole] for 7 days
4)Add [pseudoephedrine]as decongestant
5)Use a saline nasal spray
