Suggest Remedies For Severe Hair Loss And Itchy Red Acne On Scalp

I am shahid. I am 33. I am facing hair fall for last 2 years. I have no bald history in my family. My scalp is oily also it got some itchy red acne like thing. I am using anti dandruff shampoo. But it s not useful. Please give me a solution for this. Also which shampoo I can use?

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the Male patron baldness then hair fall can be controlled with Minoxidile 5 % lotion that is to be applied on scalp at least twice in day, shampoo will not work here, second you will have to continue this scalp solution for long time, and you will find the result after three months till then you will have to continue using Minoxidile 5 % hope this information helps.
