Suggest Remedies For Severe Abdominal Pain

I m a 68 year old male and have been experiencing abdominal pain for least 5 years. Recently, the last year, it has become sever. I ve been to the doctor many times and also the er. I had 24inches of my colon removed for a partially blocked colon with sever diverticulosis. I ve had colonoscopyies and CT scans. My question is why did it take all this time, my recent trip to the er for a diagnosis of ulcerated show up? I also recently tested positive for Cebo or bacteria of the small intestine.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to intestinal obstruction and diverticulitis.

For that you may require Colonoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation and may require emergency laparotomy operations in case of inability to pass gas, abdominal distension, low blood pressure.

So kindly watch for these symptoms. Don't take anything by mouth. Do regular blood pressure monitoring

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
